Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Pyung Hwa Industry CO. ("the Company") and users of the website ("the Site") operated by the Company, in connection with the Site's product information and inquiry service ("the Service").

The terms used in these Terms of Use have the following meanings.

• User: a person who accesses the Site and uses the Service under these Terms of Use
• Service: the product information and the online inquiry form provided by the Company through the Site, including replies to submitted inquiries

The Site does not offer account registration, login or payment, so these Terms of Use do not distinguish between members and non-members.

1. The Company posts these Terms of Use on the Site, or on a linked page, so that users can easily review them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms of Use within the limits of applicable law.
3. When the Company amends these Terms of Use, it will state the effective date and the reason for the change and post the notice on the Site at least seven days before the effective date. If the amendment is unfavorable to users, the Company will give at least thirty days' notice.
4. A user who does not agree to an amendment may stop using the Site.

The Company provides the following through the Site.

• Information on Pyung Hwa Industry CO. products, including shade nets, windbreak nets, insect nets, bird and animal nets, livestock fence nets, drying and sewn nets, ton bags, cultivation support materials, aquaculture nets and construction safety nets
• Receiving and replying to product and quotation inquiries submitted through the online inquiry form

The Site does not offer account registration, login or online payment. Replies to inquiries are sent by the Company's staff by email or phone.

Users must not do any of the following while using the Site.

• Copy, transmit, publish or distribute content posted on the Site without the Company's consent
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
• Submit an inquiry using another person's name without authorization
• Violate any other applicable law

The Company works to keep the product specifications, descriptions and photos on the Site accurate. However, the specifications and photos on the Site are for reference. The actual specifications, color and price of a product are determined by the quotation and contract agreed with the customer. Because products are manufactured to order, the specifications supplied may differ from what is shown on the Site.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, photos, drawings and design on the Site belong to the Company. Users may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast or otherwise use the Site's content for commercial purposes, or allow a third party to do so, without the Company's prior consent.

The Site may contain links to external websites that the Company does not operate, provided for the user's convenience. The Company is not responsible for the information, materials or services provided on those external websites.

1. The Company is released from liability for failing to provide the Service due to a natural disaster, war, or other event of force majeure.
2. The Company is not responsible for a disruption to the Service caused by the user's own fault.
3. The Company is not responsible for a decision or transaction a user makes based on information posted on the Site. The terms of any product purchase are governed by the quotation and contract provided separately.

These Terms of Use and any dispute between the Company and a user are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. A lawsuit arising from use of the Service is filed with the court having jurisdiction under Korea's Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms of Use apply from October 13, 2026.
