How do the 2-layer and 4-layer nets differ?
Both are knitted from PE tape yarn and monofilament with UV stabilizer. The 2-layer nets, at 55% to 95% shade, are mainly used for greenhouses, vegetable and mushroom cultivation and horticulture. The 4-layer nets, at 95% to 99.4%, are used where light must be almost fully blocked, such as tents, warehouses and aquaculture.
The 4-layer nets come in three color combinations. A second digit of 0 in the model number means all black, 1 means black on one side and green (watermelon) on the other, and 2 means black on one side and green or blue on the other.
What is the checkered shade net?
A shade net knitted in a checkered pattern. It blocks a set share of sunlight while letting natural airflow reach the crops. It comes in 55~75% shade, in white or black, 1~9 m wide.
Where are the reflective and sun shade nets used?
The reflective silver shade net is knitted from silver laminated tape yarn. It is laid on the orchard floor to reflect sunlight and help fruit coloration.
The sun shade net is used for horticulture and shade structures. It comes in 13 colors (beige, dark green, light green, red, aqua blue, royal blue, yellow, brown, terracotta, cedar, black, gunmetal and steel grey), and custom colors are available. The standard roll is 3 × 50 m.
What is the European standard net?
A net made of PE and monofilament in three knitting patterns. The grid type has 50%, 60% or 70% shade and weighs 150~180 g/m². Besides shading, it is used for insect protection, drying, horticulture and greenhouses.
